OstamAI

A full workshop management platform for motorcycle service shops. Work orders, customer and vehicle records, and service history live in one system, with AI assistance layered on top of daily operations. Deployed as a self-hosted product with its own API.

The Problem

Motorcycle service shops run on paper, phone calls, and memory. Work orders live in notebooks, service history disappears when a mechanic leaves, and no one can tell a customer what was done to their bike two visits ago. The daily operation works — until it has to scale.

The Solution

A full workshop management platform: work orders, customer and vehicle records, and complete service history in one system, with AI assistance layered on top of daily operations. It ships as a self-hosted product with its own API, so shops own their data instead of renting it.

What I Built

• →Work-order lifecycle from intake to delivery
• →Customer and vehicle records with full service history
• →AI assistance layered over daily service workflows
• →Dedicated API powering the platform end to end
• →Self-hosted Docker deployment under the shop's control
• →Dashboard views that show the day's workload at a glance

Highlights

• →AI-assisted service workflows
• →Customer & vehicle records
• →Self-hosted product deployment

Outcome

• →Moved the whole service operation from paper and memory into one system
• →Service history now survives staff changes — it follows the vehicle, not the mechanic
• →Runs as a self-hosted product, keeping shop and customer data under the shop's own roof
• →Structured so the business can grow the platform over time — new modules extend the same core
