Courier Command

Built for İstanbul’s document-courier market: motorcycle couriers, tight deadlines, and traffic data that predicts car times which must be translated into motorcycle times. Dispatchers see every courier live; when a new pickup and delivery arrive, the system finds the best place to insert them and reports the real cost.

The Problem

A courier is already running A → B → C → D when a new pickup and delivery come in. Who should take it, where in their route, and what does it do to every promise they already made?

The Solution

PostGIS shortlists nearby couriers, a traffic-aware insertion search finds the best valid ordering, and a separate OR-Tools service re-optimizes whole routes as a pickup-and-delivery problem with time windows.
