The Problem

Riding clubs juggle a rare mix of moving parts: lessons and instructors, horses with their own care schedules, boarding contracts, and payments — usually tracked across WhatsApp, whiteboards, and spreadsheets. Double-booked lessons and missed payments weren't the exception; they were the operating model.

A quiet, reliable operations engine built specifically for equestrian facilities. Appointments, lessons, horses, boarding, and payments are all managed from a single screen. The product is deliberately calm — fewer clicks, clear daily views, and records that connect riders, horses, and money in one place.
